  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and include all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit to our facility.

  Inspection & Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the hardware for functionality within 3-5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
